Carla Mahar

Extension Educator/Unit Leader

Carla has been Extension Educator for University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension for 17 years. She holds a B.S. Degree in Family and Consumer Science Education and a M.A. Degree in Education with an emphasis in Developmental Counseling. Carla provides educational opportunities for individuals and families in the areas of financial management and building relationships. Carla serves as unit leader and 4-H advisor in Deuel and Garden Counties. She is the student recruitment contact for UNL in the South Panhandle.
